Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Ulmer: Page 1, line 10 following "fund" (title amendment): Insert "and providing for an effective date" 1993-05-09 House Journal Page 1811 SB 106 Page 38, following line 9: Insert new section to read: "*Sec. 40. This act takes effect July 1, 1994." Representative Ulmer moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Phillips objected.
